We start with a reference point and a goal. Rounds, score sheets and comparisons help us understand what is happening and decide what comes next.

  1. Define a technical and performance goal.
  2. Record rounds of 30 arrows and the average score per arrow.
  3. Observe patterns, sensations and consistency.
  4. Adjust your practice and measure again.
